I just bought a Lumia 640 LTE online, but unfortunately it is a MTN network phone, but that's not a problem as the phone works with my Vodacom prepaid SIM LTE (power plus) inserted. The only problem is that when I ask for the phone settings via *111# (on Vodacom SA profile)(*111# does not offer settings on Vodacom LTE profile), my previous old phone (nokia 5310) still shows up - plus when I go to *Settings - Phone - My phone number* it states it as Unknown. My question is how do I get this sorted out. Must I go to a Vodacom shop and ask for help there?
