I am trying to repurchase a 6 month, pay once recurring, 500MB data bundle after my initial 6 months purchase came to an end.
I was advised to deactivate the bundle and then repurchase but this does not work.
have tried both the myvodacom app, portal and the USSD *111# (Services option) and none work.

Did you get it right? I am now also facing a similar situation where a once-off data bundel request has turned into a monthly one and no matter what I do it just won't deactivate. Tried calling 082111 this morning and their system is slow so they will call me back in 15 mins
