My phone gave me a sim error and after that there is no connection on the Vodacom network. I phoned 111 and they told me that I should keep the phone off for an hour (which I did) and then try again. The lady said that something was reset (don't ask me what because I cannot remember)
After an hour and twenty minutes still nothing.
Please can you tell me what I can do next ?
PS. I did put the SIM into another phone and it also do not work.

What handset did you have your SIM in? I will ask the team to look into this and give you a call. Can you please send me a direct message and include your contact details, and another phone number?

crap crap crap, i phoned in 5 times after paying R20 000 for fake data bills. Even Vodacom cant give me the details but needed my number. tried that fabolous call centre getting the same story as you but only on the 5th phone call and about 10 days laterthey said I should speak to the activations department. but alas i am about to reveal some very nasty doings of Vodacom during my employment there from 2005 to 2010..... watch press for details.
