My phone gave me a sim error and after that there is no connection on the Vodacom network. I phoned 111 and they told me that I should keep the phone off for an hour (which I did) and then try again. The lady said that something was reset (don't ask me what because I cannot remember)
After an hour and twenty minutes still nothing.
Please can you tell me what I can do next ?
PS. I did put the SIM into another phone and it also do not work.

What handset did you have your SIM in? I will ask the team to look into this and give you a call. Can you please send me a direct message and include your contact details, and another phone number?
