Very unhappy with Vodacom Play Every Day:
I played and won a Samsung Home Theatre System got this SMS on the 30 August 2017 "Play Every Day: You've won a Samsung Home Theatre System. You will be contacted with in 3 working days. Ref# LL*****K T&Cs apply." No call from them. I phoned vodacom 082111 they said I must go to my nearest vadocom shop and claim the price got there they said NO I must phone 082111. I phoned them they advise me it is a scam. So, I checked my Play Every Day app under My Prizes and it is there and I have the SMS!!!! I phoned 082111 again and said I must phone 0822411082 the agent there said she can’t help me I must phone 0822411082 the same number that I just phoned here on (WTF!!) The agent at 0822411082 phoned me back and said I must phone 0869990743 so I did and they can’t help me!!! So I phoned 082111 again to log a complaint the operator said she can’t log a complaint I must email email@example.com 2 min later I phoned 082111 again this operator said she can log a complaint WTF!!! So I logged the complain and waiting.............for VODACOM!!!!!!!!!!😨 no one at Vodacom know what the hell is going on or can help me. This is now almost a week and no luck!!!!!!

Today I Phoned to get an update on my Vodacom Ref 1-34077633820622 it was not assigned to any one and again they said I must go to my nearest vadocom shop and claim the price. I ask to speak to a manager. The agent said the maneger wil call me back awaiting call………….
