I have some kind of Ghost Subscription I did not subscribe for on my account. There seem to be 2 separate transactions processed every day. One is R25 and the other R50, but both seem to be the same unknown Ghost Provider. I am very careful during browsing and as a rule I use my PC for browsing and not my phone.
After calling support I was advised to send messages "STOP ALL" so 30333 and to 31050 and both return a message that I am not subscribed to any services. I was also told to dial *111# select Fun Stuff>Next>Unsubscribe, but that also returned a message that I am not subscribed to any services.
This Ghost Service has now eaten R1500 of my airtime! How can this be fixed?
