Hi, Vowifi stopped working a week or so ago and the call center doesn't know what it is..
Any ideas if there are issues or how to get help?
The phone doesn't connect to the vowifi service and it used to work fine.

Likewise, stopped working for almost a month now, is there something wrong? I have terrible coverage at my house and this made the world of difference to calls (i can actually have a call without having to go outside, face the corner and tilt my head at angle).
any indication of whats up will be great

Hey! Any idea when this service will be working? SAD! I have been waiting a month and yet no sollution. In Canada I turned my phone on and it worked first time....(Telus iPhone 7) I use an iPhone 7 plus in ZAR, carrier update done, wifi calling on and VOLTE working..and yet NO wificalling..

VoWiFi was turned off to make some updates to the systems that control it temporarily. The estimated time of re-activation is around the end of October. In the interim VoLTE should not be affected. VoWi-Fi should hopefully be back p and running for both local and international calls by year end.
