I have a similar issue. Done all the settings, but the VoWifi indicator not coming up. will DM.

Imy phone did work on vowifi last week but it disappeared and doesnt want to work again i am traveling abroad tomorrow and woulk like the vowifi to work

The workaround is onyl for Top Up customers and it's an activation error that sometimes occurs, you are on postpaid so it would not affect you, if it's active it's active. If you saw VoWiFi on the screen it means it is active, try turn your phone off and on again. I had a similar issue today and doing that fixed it. Smiley Happy

I did it over and over but nothing work like i said i msde vowifi calls last week and sudenly it disappeared

Please call 082 111 and ask them to make certain that you are provisioned for VoLTE (this works for Wifi calls too) you are a RED customer so you should get through to the RED crew. If you still can't come right let me know and try and get the agents name who assisted you.

Hi i phoned over 12 times and i am provisioned for volte and active and got ref nr and so on but nobody van help me,ievery time i have to explain myself all over to a new person

One of the many and everytime log a call again and wait for someone to get back, then a technician will call back and ask what is wrong and will get back asap but never get back same over and over
