Has anyone requested the unrestricted APN to be activated recently. I logged the call, filled out the forms etc.
After a few up and down emails I finally got a SMS saying the following:
Your Commercial APN has been activated. To view balances, buy bundles & save dial *111# or visit vodacom.mobi.
I have changed my APN to unrestricted like I did in the past on my previous contract, setup DMZ etc. However still not allowing me to route inbound traffic to my network?
Did they activate the worng APN or did the settings I need to configure on my router change?
I'm using a R216-Z LTE Router

I have similar problem. I have also requested Unrestricted APN. They sent me an email that it was done. I changed the APN to Unrestricted.
I set up the port forwarding on my router for my camera.
I can not connect to the camera from outside.
I can not ping the ip address
Open Port Check tool says these ports are closed.
I have done exactly the same on a Afrihost contract without problems.
Also on a Vodacom Fibre, no problem, except it seems I can not ping this address either, but the ports shows open and I can connect to the cameras.
