Managing multiple SIMs from My Vodacom

I have multiple SIMs which are installed in devices (routers) not phones. I need to manage the prepaid data bundles used. My Vodacom is an easy way to do this.  However I can only do this for 1 SIM in my profile.  I cannot create multiple profiles because it will not accept multiple instances of the same ID or email address.  The "my summary" and other screens within My Vodacom indicate that multiple SIMs can be managed within 1 profile.  For example there is a menu option "Add and manage numbers" and there is another one "manage my numbers".  But I cannot find a way to add a 2nd SIM to the profile.  Am I missing something ?   Has anyone else succeeded with this ?

You need to login to your vodacom profile via www.vodacom.co.za (not the app)

> Select Add and manage numbers 

> Then Add cellphone number

> Select "This number cannot receive SMSes"

> And Enter Cellphone number,Personalised name and SIM card number (its printed on the back of the sim card and it usualy starts with 89...)

> Tick I accept the Terms & Conditions 

> Submit

 

and your done

You've clearly never used the site, there's no "Add cellphone number"

Have previously added 7 sims but am having trouble with a new one. Neither OTP nor sim card number method works is this a temporary problem?
