Does anyone out there have any advice on how to get Vodacom to even respond to my fraudulent upgrade report? I've been on the phone with a whole bunch of people for ages late last year, sent them the affidavit they requested over the phone in January this year, written a scathing report on hellopeter. No effect! I'll definitely be cancelling all my contracts with them at the soonest opportunity, even the ones not fraudulently upgraded...
